About MCTLC

Founded in 1961, MCTLC is characterized by a spirit of activism and cooperation in the promotion of world language education in Minnesota.

Membership and Affiliation

MCTLC is the Minnesota affiliate of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).

MCTLC is a member of the Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (CSC) as well as the Joint National Committee for Languages (JNCL).
