Constitution Amended October 2009

The name of this Organization shall be the MINNESOTA COUNCIL ON THE TEACHING OF LANGUAGES AND CULTURES (MCTLC).  MCTLC is an organizational member of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) and the Central States Conference (CSC) Advisory Council, and Joint National Committee for Languages and the National Council for Languages and International Studies (JNCL-NCLIS).
