    JCC has a 1.0  F.T.E. German Teacher for the 2012-13 school year. Must hold a valid MN license to teach 6-12 German.  This position is for German I, II, and III classes at JCC High School in Jackson MN.  High school experience is preferred.  Coaching positions will be available for the 2012-13 school year also.  The deadline is May 10, 2012 or until filled.

    Hutchinson HS and Dassel-Cokato HS have a German instruction position available beginning with the 2012-2013 school year. The primary assignment is to provide German instruction to these schools located approximately 17 miles apart . The successful teaching candidate will actually hold 0.50FTE teaching contracts with each district, teaching two periods in Hutchinson in the AM and two periods in Dassel-Cokato in the PM. There will be a cooperative benefits package offered between the two schools. Both schools utilize a trimester 5-period day. Each school is ideally located one hour west of the Metro area.     • Differentiate instruction as needed for all students.
    • Teach with adaptations for students with IEP's and 504 Plans.
    • Attend staff meetings and committee meetings as assigned.
    • Communicate with parents regularly.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

      

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current Minnesota teaching license - 7-12 Spanish.
    • Understanding and Application of Minnesota State Standards for Spanish grades 7-12.
    •  Experience teaching in a diverse setting preferred.
